    Better Sleep = Less Stress?

    A common increasing issue in today’s society and lifestyle choices are that people are more stressed. Statistics from Health and Safety Executive show that the number of work related cases due to stress, was 487,000 (39%) out of a total of 1,241,000 cases from 2013-2014, in Great Britain last year.

    If we asked a passing person what’s the best way to relieve stress, other than a typical answer of drinking, most people would say sleep. However, this is easier said than done as we all know when you are stressed your brain signals are working like crazy so how do we stop this?

    How would you approach this?
